About the role
As Area Sales Manager for Goa, you will own the region's revenue targets for our healthcare staffing and hospital consulting services. You will lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, build relationships with hospital owners, administrators and HR heads, negotiate service agreements, and expand MedBizz Consulting's footprint across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic chains and wellness centres in Goa.
What we're looking for
- MBA or Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma or staffing services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets
- Team leadership experience with the ability to coach field executives
- Strong negotiation, account management and CRM skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Konkani/Marathi is an advantage
