Sales Manager – Chain Pharmacy Business Development

About the role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive our chain pharmacy business development vertical in Bangalore. You will target pharmacy retail chains, hospital pharmacies and organised retail groups to place qualified pharmacists, pharmacy managers and support staff. The role covers the full sales cycle — mapping key decision-makers, pitching MedBizz Consulting's staffing solutions, closing tie-up agreements and ensuring smooth onboarding of placed candidates.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (pharmacy or life sciences background preferred)
- 4–8 years of B2B sales or key account management, ideally with retail pharmacy chains, FMCG distribution or healthcare staffing
- Existing network with chain pharmacy decision-makers in Bangalore is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation, proposal-writing and presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and weekly reporting
